Elyse is an El Paso based makeup artist with over 25 years experience in the beauty industry. She started her career as a nail technician and salon owner. Her makeup career launched after training with James Vincent, Terri Tomlinson and Donna Mee. She has been working as a professional freelance makeup artist in the bridal, special events, print and video industries. Elyse is proud to be a specialty editor for The City Magazine contributing articles focused on beauty care.

Her focus is on collaborative relationships with her clients to best guide and fulfill their wishes; whether it be for timeless bridal makeup, clean commercial looks, men’s grooming, or glamorous beauty. She is compassionate, focused, organized, and professional. She uses only quality, photo friendly, professional makeup products, including airbrush foundation for long lasting results. Elyse is an on-location mobile makeup artist and will travel to you. She has a positive attitude, is calming, and loves to ensure her clients look and feel beautiful.

She is committed to her continuing education and seeks out the top educators to keep her knowledge and skills several steps ahead of other artists because technology is ever improving. New brands, products, and ingredients are constantly being developed. Makeup looks, styles and trends continually change.

Elyse practices a committed attention to detail and a strong work ethic. She has worked alongside some of the best artists in the industry at New York Fashion Week as well as provided contract work for commercial clients such as Samsung.

"Elyse was very professional and did a wonderful job doing my makeup for my wedding. She explained all products being used and the importance of skincare. She also did my spray tan. I was very impressed that the products used on my skin did not stain my clothing leading up to my wedding. My makeup lasted fresh all day since 9am. Elyse also used airbrush and shine control for my husband. He was very pleased and did not look shiny for photographs. My mom loved how Elyse did her make up as well.
