ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Elyse S. Feinstein, the owner of Elyse Simons Beauty since 2013. I am a professional makeup artist and a licensed nail technician.
My training has taken me to iconic cities such as NYC, Dallas, and Melbourne, Australia, where I had the privilege of honing my skills under the guidance of esteemed mentors—James Vincent, Terri Tomlinson, and Donna Mee. I now call El Paso, Texas home and provide makeup services in the El Paso and Las Cruces NM area.
My career in the beauty industry began in Bethlehem, PA in 1991 as a licensed nail technician, and then became the owner of Nail Salon, Etc. in 2000.
My commitment to excellence doesn't stop with my initial training. I am a perpetual learner, always seeking to elevate my skills by attending workshops and classes with some of the most respected and talented artists in the makeup industry. This continuous pursuit of knowledge ensures that I stay abreast of the newest techniques and trends, offering my clients a cutting-edge and contemporary makeup experience.
My experiences include working at New York Fashion Week, where I had the privilege of contributing my skills alongside visionary beauty artists. In addition, I have proudly undertaken commercial work with NPR, The Immigrant Archive Project, and CultureSpan Marketing for local clients, including El Paso Electric, El Paso Water, and the El Paso Center for Diabetes.
I am proud to have been published and featured in Horizont Magazine and The Feature Magazine, along with El Paso's publication, The City Magazine. I've also written beauty articles for The City Magazine, sharing tips, trends, and my perspective on the ever-evolving world of beauty.
