Elyse is a Norvell Certified Airbrush Spray Tan Technician and has been spray tanning since 2003. Airbrush tans are administered manually; spray tanning is a form of self-tanning (or sunless tanning) where a fine mist is sprayed onto your body. The mist has an ingredient in it called Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) that interacts with your own skin’s chemistry to turn it tan or darker bronze. Everyone’s skin is different and interacts with the DHA to produce different depths of tanning. This temporary effect generally lasts 5-7 days and is completely safe for your skin. The product is free of gluten, parabens, sulfates, and is non-comedogenic, 100% vegan, and is animal cruelty-free.
